Why Regular Maintenance Matters
Hearing aids are exposed to moisture, debris, and daily wear. Regular maintenance keeps them performing consistently and helps prevent avoidable disruptions.
Protect Performance
Small changes in performance often build gradually. Routine care helps keep your sound stable, consistent, and reliable day to day.
Support Clearer Hearing
Even minor buildup can impact microphones and sound quality. Professional cleaning helps restore clarity you may not realize you’ve lost.
Extend Device Life
Preventive care reduces unnecessary strain on internal components, helping your hearing aids last longer and perform more dependably over time.

Hearing Aid Service FAQs
We know service and repair questions can come up when something does not feel quite right. Here are a few of the most common things patients ask before coming in.
Many issues can be addressed during your visit, often the same day. If your devices require manufacturer repair, they are typically returned to our office within 1–2 weeks, depending on the manufacturer.
Walk-ins are welcome. We can complete most cleaning, troubleshooting, and basic service during a walk-in visit. For programming adjustments or hearing testing, an appointment is needed so we can dedicate the proper time.
We work with nearly all major hearing aid brands and models, including devices that were not originally fit through our clinic.
We typically recommend service every 6 months to keep your devices performing their best. We can also tailor a maintenance schedule based on your hearing needs, lifestyle, and daily use.
